We have been told that we have been assured we'll be given the time to do the work. Tori did not say by whom. If we are given the time then any get out is a moot point. We will be at Shildon and will have a busy summer.
Tori also stated that we have a get out clause. This may then refer to an instance where either the FA or the Evostick choose not to give us the time to do the work.

I can't see that anywhere but if its true its shocking,the lease should have stipulated that shildon ensured the ground was up to evo premiere or worst case evo 1 standard !!

I don't think think it's a moot point. It was a very valid point that the above quote seems to have answered.
