Not necessarily. Referring to Reassurance thread - now moved to answered.
We have been told that we have been assured we'll be given the time to do the work. Tori did not say by whom. If we are given the time then any get out is a moot point. We will be at Shildon and will have a busy summer.
Tori also stated that we have a get out clause. This may then refer to an instance where either the FA or the Evostick choose not to give us the time to do the work.
