It is difficult to comprehend.

Not really, we already knew Raj had itchy feet and was prepared to pull the plug. It just annoys me that he had the pretence in the summer to mislead everyone into thinking that he would give it another full season.shadwellman wrote:It is difficult to comprehend.

That is a good point. The reason why we are in this mess is the timing of it all.loan_star wrote:Not really, we already knew Raj had itchy feet and was prepared to pull the plug. Raj knew he was getting no where with the council after the FA trophy win - he could have walked with his head held high - instead Raj's reign will have seen 2 relegations.

Said the same thing to my good lady yesterday - she couldn't believe it was 12 months ago and I was thinking over what had gone on in that period of time. Madness.
I was also thinking about our 2000 Play Off final with Peterborough last Tuesday night when I spotted Mark Tyler in goal for Luton.
You wouldn't have enough time to write a book in one lifetime on the ongoings on at DFC since then until now.

I was at the Fulham v Swansea game on Saturday, with some Swansea mates, of course Walter Boyd came up in conversation, that was 1999-2000 season, look at both teams now, amazing stuff.

I personally think that was a good representation of the nauseous teesside accent.
