Terrible attendance. If there's more than 1200, then I'm a monkey's uncle. Have people given up on them?

Sounds like its all Luton. If they get an early goal this could be a long night...

Somewhere between it being midweek, team out of form and football on Sky means such a crowd was a little inevitable.
Maybe the fact it'll be fifteen quid for the rest of the season will draw a few more in for the Saturdays at least...

Re: Darlington v Luton Town Match Thread
Not out of form, this team has never had form to be out of, they are a cobbled together bare bones of a squad. That is what has put people off I fear.Darlo_H wrote:Somewhere between it being midweek, team out of form and football on Sky means such a crowd was a little inevitable.

I'm not making excuses for other people, we all know they can do that for themselves. Just theorising...
Personally, I'm not there because I'm skint as I'm not paid until Friday. Simple as that.

Or maybe, the fact that the press (i.e. BBC Look North) are painting such a poor picture of Darlo at the moment? Not looking good at all really is it?

For a patched up team with not much fitness, experience etc. Darlington go into the half time break 0-0 with 3 top Luton Town.

Sounds like the lads are doing well, lets hope they can keep there concentration and see this through.
Its still going to be a very tough job to come away with even a point tonight.

Re: Darlington v Luton Town Match Thread
Good free kick from Brown and a decent attempt by Keltie for us. Luton only really through on the keeper once which Pickford saved well at feet.
I'm still cautious over how this match goes as it wears on, especially for the likes of Wainy and Broughton who've had close to bugger all match practice.
