Hopefully it doesn't come to this but those who bought their season tickets with credit cards or Direct Debit Scheme MAY be able to get partial refund through their Bank/Card Company. The goods have not been delivered in full, contract not completed, etc
Those who paid in cash would not qualify. It's worth thinking about for future years as well. Paying by credit card gives you lots of extra protection even if you have the readies.

So everyone who could claim this money back might like to do something useful with it!wylam_rangers wrote:Hopefully it doesn't come to this but those who bought their season tickets with credit cards or Direct Debit Scheme MAY be able to get partial refund through their Bank/Card Company. I paid cheque...
Re: Consumer Credit Act 1974
I think people who paid by credit card or visa debit card may be able to do a Section 75 chargeback as the credit company/bank share liability for the services not being provided.

I paid cash. Oh well.
I'm more concerned about losing the club than the remainder of my tickets.
