Re: Barrow vs Darlington - Match Thread
No natural central defenders against a good side and this was always a danger of happening.

Ok Barrow, you've got the points. No need to turn this into a cricket score.
Hatch off, bye fella.

Ray just said we've got the sponsors logo on our shirt taped over. Can't think why that is...

As a concelation it sounds as though all 900 or so darlo fans have been tremendous.
Re: Barrow vs Darlington - Match Thread
One game too far for a threadbare squad running on empty physically, mentally and financially (our donations aside)?

Been listening to Ray's commentary and then they play 'You'll never walk alone'. Cheers, Ray. Now I'm crying.

Guy on the commentary link said the score was 3-2, have we been listening to the wrong game?

Re: Barrow vs Darlington - Match Thread
Barrow fan here. Just like to say that I had a craic with a few of you in the Tally Ho and the Soccer bar before the game and everyone of you were sound. If you'd have been born in Barrow or me in Darlo we'd have more than likely ended up as life long mates and been to loads of games supporting whoever, all over the country over the years. Gutted for you all.
To the lad in the smoking area of the Tally Ho, thanks for the spliff. Hope you all have a safe and pissed up journey home. good luck for the future.................
