Lee Bullock
Lee Bullock
I bumped into a Bradford fan in Leeds yesterday who is a big pal of MBW and he said we were close to signing Bullock from them. He also said MBW was complementing the striker we have on trial (Purcell) saying he would be a very good signing.

Re: Lee Bullock
He isn't on trial with us yet.
Re: Lee Bullock
More likely to be his ex team mate Ryan Bowman.
Re: Lee Bullock
We have Ryan Bowman on trial, who is a striker (according to the OS), so maybe it's him.
Re: Lee Bullock
I just presumed he would be on about Purcell but Bowman makes a lot more sense given he has played with him before. What do you think to the chances/need for us to sign Bullock?
Re: Lee Bullock
Hopefully nil, he's s***.darlo_10 wrote:What do you think to the chances/need for us to sign Bullock?
Re: Lee Bullock
So is non league football.
He'll probably do a job for us then, and we could do with another midfielder IMO.

Releasing Terry and signing Bullock would be a backwards step.Quakerz wrote:So is non league football.

It's a bit unfair to rule him out before seeing how he could fit into the team though isn't it?divas wrote:Releasing Terry and signing Bullock would be a backwards step.Quakerz wrote:So is non league football.

Has Bullock been released from his contract? I can't find anything to say that he has.BishopQuaker wrote:It's a bit unfair to rule him out before seeing how he could fit into the team though isn't it?divas wrote:Releasing Terry and signing Bullock would be a backwards step.Quakerz wrote:So is non league football.

He signed a 2 year deal last year, so surely we'd have to pay a fee, which I can't see us doing because I don't think he'd play regularly for us, certainly not if we're going to be playing 4-3-3.
Re: Lee Bullock
Bullock is transfer listed, Bradford just want him off the wage bill.
Re: Lee Bullock
...he is, nonetheless,s***! He'll fit in well.

That's as may be, I have no idea, but since we're on the subject of s***, heartless planks you just wait to get a load of Nish. Woooah, is he fucking awful. Saw him play for Hibs once, and he might as well as have not been there. Stephen Fletcher looked like he preferred playing alongside one of those free kick defender dummies from training than Nish. He made John Sutton on the other side look like Drogba in comparison. There are fucking ghosts on the Trincomalee that have better attacking presence than him.
Re: Lee Bullock
Good to know we agree on Bollock.
We'll have to wait n see on Nish...

Saw nish playing for hibs this season - all I'll say is he didn't stand out and looked anonymous when I saw him play. That's not to say he'll perhaps find it easier in league 1 but I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.

His scoring record is atrocious.Comfortably_numb wrote:Saw nish playing for hibs this season - all I'll say is he didn't stand out and looked anonymous when I saw him play. That's not to say he'll perhaps find it easier in league 1 but I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.
