All in hand now and it's no easy task as we need to contact members re voting rights etc before the AGM so we are working backwards sorting out the date. Personally, I would like to see it sept/October or ASAP.

The sooner it happens, the sooner I can stand down :-) I could do it now but would like to see my time through.

Thanks Tori.

I agree with Quakerz that there is no rush and I was simply interested as it was originally aimed for late summer and I was looking for an update.

We were looking at early sept but its more likely to be in October although things can change. I'd like it to be early October but we don't want to rush is and would rather it was organised correctly.

Can I just say that although some board members may want to stand down, that I hope we retain most interim board members because we will need continuity.

Constitution states 3 step down. It would still leave 4 and there will be handover which could last a couple of weeks so there still is continuation.
