Travelling suporters to home games

Post by feethamslad » Sat Aug 11, 2012 1:38 pm

I sent the following to questions@dfc1883.co.uk on 30/07/12, sadly no acknowledgement or reply so am reposting here in the hope of a response.

Dear DFC1883:

I live in West Yorkshire and travel to Darlington matches when I can.

I see that tickets for home matches are only available for purchase in person in Darlington or at Bishop Auckland.

Has any consideration been given to long distance fans like myself who travel and pay on the gate? My concern is that I could turn up for a match without a ticket and be denied entry as the match is sold out.

As it stands there are no plans for any home matches to be 'all ticket'

Precisely. This is for the away game. All tickets for home games will be pay on the gate.
