Are they both allowed to leave for nothing? I know we breached the rules and regulations of both their contracts but wasn't that DFC2009 and not the NewCo? Does this mean that the contracts are still intact or are they void?

Denis said on Friday that we (DFC1883) are in breach of contract (wages not up to date) so all the players would have to do would be to give 14 days notice to leave - then if that was the case then 1883 could pay their arrears up to date and that would reverse the breach - correct me if I am wrong anyone but that was my take on it.
