I saw one guy chase the lino down the touchline! Quite a big guy with a beard - goes to nearly all of our games from what I've seen. He didn't look too happy!! FPNs can be issued for public disorder offences. Costing £50 for lower offences or £80 for higher offences, these can only be issued to people aged 16 or over.

if the ball hits a foreign object the play (ie the ballon) the referee should stop play and award a drop ball where it hit the ballon or if in the goal area the drop ball would be on the goal area line nearest where it happened the foreign object could be anything that should not be on the feild of...
