Eindhoven planning
Ok, I expect a few of us are heading over. Closer to the time we will have to coordinate hydration points. Just wondering what hotels people are staying in. I will start. I have booked the Blue Collar Hotel, assuming it wasn’t a typo and it’s actually the blue oyster! Sent from my iPhone using Tapat...

Re: PSV away
It’s actually Saturday July 14th. Not confirmed yet as we need to get the finances sorted. Hopefully this comes off, what a trip that would be.Darlo_CR wrote:We are playing PSV in the Netherlands on the 24th of July.

I was speaking with Chris hunter before the match on Saturday, he is having his operation this week and will be touch and go if he features again this season. The op is on he tendon, to screw it back to his bone. Same op Tom portas had last season.

Re: Team v Stockport
At times in that second half, it was like an end-to-end cup match. They would have been down and out if we'd managed to put away one of those decent chances when we were 1-0 up but they also had chances. Heard people talking about some bother in town pre-match. Must have been about 14 cop cars outs...

Funding required for renewal of tinshed board
Hi. Our "football clubs for life" advertising board which is displayed on the back of the Tinshed is up for renewal. We have a certain amount of funds for renewal but require a further £300 to give us another season. If you have any cash that you would like to donate and help keep the board on displ...

Were these earlier plans and comments re a FL standard ground before the water pipe problem was discovered? Also, no one seems to have explained how come the water pipes can seemingly be built over in towns but somehow is a barrier to developmentby a sports club but not too commercial development ...

Travel advice for Chorley next Saturday
Hi, below is some useful info Chorley fan mark has sent us regarding travel for next saturdays game away at Chorley. Re: Stadium Blueprint with Waterpipe location
Correct, no structure can be built over the pipe or in the exclusion zone. There is no compromise I'm afraid. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I think temporary structures that can be moved can be built over the pipe. Is this the case? unfortunately not for a pipe of this type. Sent from my iPhon...

Re: Stadium Blueprint with Waterpipe location
You can see how the pipe is managed when it crosses the railway further down the A66 bypass. You will see that there is a 'pipe bridge' where it rises up out of the ground and over the railway line and then back underground.

I think I was one of the last cars to leave the car park, about 5.30. I had a drink after the match, got in my car and was waved straight out and grange road traffic was stopped for me to leave. Out without stopping in any queue at all. I think I have found my new post match routine as on Boxing Day...

Re: Kids In Tin Shed
This is a difficult one. I think the club does have a small amount of people who follow the club occasionally and love a bit of trouble, you only see them at high profile games normally. They probably react to losing slightly differently to the majority of us. When you throw in unsegregation then yo...

Re: Constructive views on the Blackwell experience
I would say the next fundraising push will be another 500 club offer. Add another 300 stand onto the existing. We would need 100 to take up the offer to pay for the extra 300. Lessons will be learnt and it is great to read some of the suggestions, most are small and I would assume we will be able to...

Re: 3 Darlington thugs to appear in court...
A couple of things - firstly pubs can't bar anyone, nor can DFC. There has to be a justification. Otherwise we end up in the situation we were in with George Reynolds, where he tried to censor anyone who criticised him. DFC can bar whoever they want for any reason they want. It is a private club an...
