Re: Car parking at BM
i think your minimising this. It's a total of 30 minutes but at least people will have a rest between walks! If you go to premier league grounds like OT or Anfield it's almost impossible to park within 15 minutes walk of the ground. Can't believe what an issue people are making of this-get walking b...

Re: the 500 club
I would never begrudge those who bought into the 500 club. I do my bit in other ways as I don't get to home games but I went to Tranmere with a mate recently and the marquee experience was brilliant!

Re: BM latest pics..?
This is only a Saturday afternoon a fortnight and I'm sure teething problems occur at every new ground. Maybe if you don't have a car park pass you don't get down the road? And people might have to, surely not, walk!!

Re: Car parking at BM
Surely most people will walk or park and walk....I'd have thought that was part of the reason to head back to Darlington? 12 mile drive v 20 minute walk!

Re: BM latest pics..?
I'm really impressed with the efficiency of the building work. In only twelve weeks they've put up a covered terrace and stand, built changing rooms, fenced the ground off and put pathways down. The terraces were delivered prefabricated so presume the turnstiles will be similar. Car park seems well ...

Looking back on Newport articles it looks that despite his input they were still losing £30-40,000 a month? And he stepped down last February.

Those photos are brilliant and well done for the pipeline thing....I was thinking how useful that would be. I can't believe how quickly that this has all come together-it's starting to look like a real footie ground and for the doubters, well here we are!!!

Funny how seeing something sends you off around the Internet. I noticed AFC Rushden and Diamonds in the draw that surprised me and off I went and found them in an Evostik league. I never went to Nene Park but what a stadium that looks. It cost about £30 million and they're talking about demolition. ...

It continues to be an amazing journey and for us merseyside fans who rarely get to home games its great to be able to support the club we love from afar by giving to dfcsg membership, dugouts, posts, etc. Keep it up, people...Darlos homeward bound!!

Re: Buy the 'Goal posts and Nets'
We've just sorted the dugouts and now I've chucked a fiver towards nets but it's up to individuals. It's not shameful it's peoples choice!! I'm certain we'll get there, but encouragement would be better.

I'm no expert but I think reading it, it says if we get promoted to the conference we need to have 500 seats by the next April 1st. 250 seats is fine for this season!

Re: Nowakowski to Bradford Park Avenue on loan
Okay we were knocked out of the cup and all credit to Lancaster. We don't have a right to progress and I hope we didn't budget as if we would as that would be pretty reckless. We need to get over this and move on. The cups full of upsets every year and we're doing brilliantly in the league with a nu...

Re: first home game at Blackwell
The photos on the DFCSG website show steady progress. I'm pretty sure that the groundwork is the slow stuff and that looks about done. I remember going home from work on a Friday and there was a McDonald's near my work on the Monday! If only it was that easy. The doubters have been proved wrong befo...
