Hasn't got the legs anymore for either role - unless we play a diamond, he's on the bench.

Re: Betting Suspended....... It's Liddle

From what I've been told, Liddle is a pretty hard taskmaster with the youth team, and not the quiet, easy going type some think he is. I don't think he'd have any problems handling the "egos" in the first team (christ, non-league players have ego's).

Unfortunately, he has joined a team that for most of the season has been lacking in confidence/ability/effort (choose as appropriate), has played a style of football the polar opposite of that he will have been used to at Huddersfield, and where for the most part the atmosphere surrounding the club ...

How can you say changing managers DOES NOT WORK? What happened when we got rid of Todd? Still shoite. What happened when we got rid of Staunton? Still shoite. Just because you get a new man in, it doesn't mean things will improve. We were all desperate to get rid of the previous lot but they've (ev...

Graeme Lee wouldn't have been cheap and I bet Walshaw is getting a few quid given he gave up a job and turned a move to Fleetwood down. Big Ex will be a decent earner too. Given that we finished the season strongly most would have agreed we just needed to add 2 or 3 quality players, instead we sign...

think its a little unfair to say we've not invested. Once again I hope Raj doesn't read this board or takes offence at what gets written. Yeah... Yeah... How many people were excited to see this? As much as it's frustrating, Cooper isn't out there on the pitch. The players are the ones costing us these points. Lack of passion (despite a few i.e. Chandler and Taylor) we look like a team that accepts defeat. If we are going to play 4-4...

Sammy McIlroy. A proper manager with a great track record of promotions in this division: Won it twice with Macclesfield (the first time their ground wasn't up to scratch) and reached the playoffs twice in his first two seasons at Morecambe (they went up at the second attempt). Exactly. Some fans appear to believe our players are so good they can decide whether to win or lose a match. Of course, the opposition have no say in this. The solution is also apparently very easy. Cooper just needs to have a good chat with the players and make them agree to try harder.[/quo...

Exactly, Mr Quatermain. If they succeed this time, who is to say they'll get on any better with the next manager.
