...but I have been wondering about Neil Aspin. Just got Halifax into the Fa Cup 1st round and I know what he did at Harrogate (a totally unfootballing town)

one name strangely forgotten in the rumour mill is neil aspin. HIghly rated at Harrogate Town and Halifax and he won't suffer fools. I did wonder if Peter Reid may come in but that really would be clutching at straws.......

Good point but I think when you have disaffected senior players and are dealing with all these problems you need to hold as many cards as you can. I tend to think the sensible choice would be Ronnie Moore who would have a strong influence on the forward line where i think many of the problems are.

whoever manages the club in future must have 2 essential qualities. 1. good players in their own right 2. most importantly, be very highly experienced as they need to deal with disaffected veterans.
