Re: Darlington V Telford
Score a hattrick and get chewed out by some on here for not scoring 5 and having better link up. Fuck me. He shoots early, bullies opposition defences, drags the team up the pitch, is a complete shithouse, and is the most vocal player we have. 15 goals in a new league and he played the first 10 game...

Re: Update from David Johnston
I see in the Hartlepool Mail that Keith Curle watched Darlo again at Spenny. Apparently talked to someone from Darlo assume a director, possibly DJ and was told that given relationship between Pool chairman and Darlo fan base they would have to dig deep if they wanted any of our players. Curle in t...

Were players also employed by GAS in some capacity, as well as the football club?

Re: Great Annual Savings
Other similar companies in the north east are laying off lots of their workforce so GAS will be in trouble. It’s been seen in the past when the cash generating business struggles the vanity projects get scrapped.

Re: JOE LEESLEY
Cannot remember a one month loan player having such a positive impact as Leesley has. Totally understand the need for financial diligence but when an opportunity comes along that seems to fit exactly what we need then surely exceptions have to be made. The improvement he has made to the squad in te...

What goes round comes around, just deserts coming for Singh, your lies will catch you out in the end. Which desert: Gobi, Sahara, Arabian or Atacama? No one likes a clever cunnt! He’s not even clever. Re: Early kick offs in general…
Early kick offs won’t suit everyone. Some people have to work on Saturday mornings or might finish a shift at 2pm. Also what about travelling supporters going up and down the country. What time would our fans have to set off for a1pm kick off at Hereford or Gloucester? It could also mean more overn...

Erico Sousa released by Grimsby. What a signing that would be. Get him back asap if he would come. Sent from my moto g(6) play using Tapatalk Seems strange as he played in the majority of their games this season. Must think he isn’t ready for league 2. I’d have him back instantly. Re: New stadium funding
Surely it is 7per cent over 50 years. In other words £7k per year x 50 years = £350k in total. No company is lending 5 million to get 7 grand a year back, especially to one with the risk we would pose (meaning that should we default and they take the stadium back, who is going to buy / lease it to ...

Re: New stadium funding
Perhaps we aren't planning on financing it all through borrowing? Maybe there are grants/political money available. I’m sure there will be some grant funding, in an earlier interview DJ said that Bury got about a million quid to help with Gigg Lane. That’s not the issue though, DJ does say that 7% ...

Re: New stadium funding
Nothing on location yet, the club will own it through a 50 year mortgage. The question I have is on the interest rate, DJ talks of a 7% interest rate from a major pension fund investor, and states that a 5 million loan would have a capital repayment of £100,000 per year and an interest payment of £...

Re: Welcome Jassem Sukar
That's the back five sorted, central midfield sort of sorted, and a centre-forward sorted. Pretty good position to be in before the end of May. Get Lambert locked in next and then it's just about creating a bit of competition for places and giving ourselves a couple of options to switch things up. ...

Interesting that none of Blyth’s squad are currently singed up for next season. I’d be interested in Buddle & O’Donnell http://www.blythspartans.com/news-blyth-spartans-confirm-retained-list/ Two thoughts. They either didn't sign contracts with options in them (most contracts are 1 years but with a...

Re: Signings
Got to get a striker in, Jacob Hazel would be the one I’d be going for all round striker pace power strength and knows where the goal is. Whitby confirm they've rejected a bid from a National North club for him. No idea if it's us or not Not sure that will be from us. Perhaps more likely to be York...
