Re: Boost in the Seating Phase 2
Does the new total include the funds that will go in from DFCSG memberships? That could be another £10k. If Mr Johnston can work his magic from his recent programme notes then perhaps that could be a little more. Still lots of advertising space around the pitch. Still opportunities for additional s...

Re: Seat Ground Development Fund for between £10 & £99
I won't be able to attend the away game this week so I'll be putting £10 into this instead on Saturday, what I would've paid for a match ticket.

I'm aware of the ethos but I'm also aware that £100 is not achievable for many people. From the many, not the few. I completely agree that it shouldn't be down to a few, hence my suggestion. Also people don't necessarily want a repayable share, just to feel good that they contributed to that stand....

Was near the dugouts tonight and I've got to say watching their management team was probably more entertaining than the game. They were absolutely bananas, assistant referee never got a break from a barrage of insults.

1,600 odd at FCUM tonight - by their standards that's a poor crowd. I wonder if the unglamorous opposition was partly to blame, or maybe the FCUM fans are slowly losing interest? Perhaps some of them have jumped on the Salford bandwagon? Went to a few FCUM games last season (being Manchester based)...

Re: Cartman available for loan
The lad is class. He's got a great touch. He sees things others don't. He's a proper terrier of a forward, chasing everything. And when played in the right formation, a formidable threat. For me, he had his best moments last season, when he came off the bench after 60 mins or so. When the opponents...

Re: Gray
Gray generally does the same thing every year. He builds a big squad up at the start of the season then lets a few go. It will happen again very soon Is that true? Mitchell left fairly early on last season, as well as Purewal, Nowakowski and Hardy as the season went on - but we brought in two goalk...

Re: Bradley Fewster
the club seemingly splashing out on players - especially having 6 forwards to fit (usually) 2 places does not feel right at all. I've said before, it's almost like it's being done to make MG look good.....or remove the challenge of remaining competitive with a more streamlined squad. I'll wait for ...

Like the signings, but this either smacks of short term risk or something is in the pipeline allowing us to sign these players. Either way I think it's only fair that the club explain these signings and how we can afford them...after all it's a supporters owned club, we would like a bit of transpar...

Re: Wearmouth and Jameson : Available for loan
If you need that explaining you need to find a different interest. Try bringing young players on.The kind of youngsters that came on second half against Newcastle and weren't outclassed. But you probably didn't see that game. No I didn't see that game. I live in London and it's not easy to travel up...
