You can have all the talent in the world but without application and dedication you’ll achieve very little in this world.

Re: Scarborough Fa Cup

Bit of a Twitter spat going on between Ray Simpson and a fan putting in a complaint about him to to the club. Not good these issues been aired in public, however I can see exactly the guys point of view. Complaining about a fan to their place of employment is at the centre of it I don’t get why he ...

Darlington V Gloucester

How come those in the know know these club secrets when we get told sweet FA by the official channels?

We shouldn’t have to read through a message board to find out what’s going on at the club!

Not mandatory. The last I heard there was 3 that were not but that was a few seasons ago. Leverkusen was definitely one of them.

Cup exit was final straw at Gloucester and Tim Flowers has been sacked.
Frustrating, we could have done without a team coming to BM next weekend with a new/caretaker manager bounce to counter act our own.
Don’t worry, it’s a myth.

This is the only qualifying round where no new clubs enter the competition. The next round where this happens is the second round proper.

To me it all boils down to one thing having your own STADIUM Agree, whoever comes in we need a Stadium fit for promotion which after 3 years of talking about it hasn’t been resolved. We do have a proper Football Stadium in Darlo and that’s the Arena let’s just get back there me crack on. Surely we ...

I don’t necessarily think it has to be one of our ex players who becomes the next manager, but I guess they are the names that come most readily to mind. I think a realistic and sensible target could be Chris Hardy. At least he has had years of experience as a No 1 and knows the non-league scene well. Did a solid enough job for years at Whitby in the league below us and on very limited budget in a place where it's not easy attracting players. It's a...
