It's only a summary I suspect there are many documents to support the appeal.

Re: Team strengthening for next season
Mowden didn't want us but with a new chairman they may now. It would certainly solve the seating problem and no request for further funding.shadwellman wrote:We need to get back to the Arena and reclaim this stadium asap!!

Re: Salaried Position
If your self employed and work for a number of people that's fine and you are classed as SE. However if you are working for one company as self employed HMRC can and will chase that company for employers NI and back date it which adds another 22%to the over all wage bill and the HMRC will insist you...

Re: Poole Town Play Off Issue and Darlo
When the planning was originally submitted in December 2014, we were at step 4, and required a Grade D ground. The application was submitted to provide a Grade C ground, with an eye to extend it to Grade B and A in due course as our progress required. There was also provision in the plans for 500 s...

Re: Poole Town Play Off Issue and Darlo
Like everyone else on here I'm frustrated we will not be entering the playoffs with all the excitement that brings. However the fact remains we are always losing between £50k-£100k per year since 2012. Martin Jesper realised this when he resigned he forecast a £50k shortfall at the AGM and it ended ...

Re: Poole Town Play Off Issue and Darlo
I suppose its either: a) We have cocked up and somehow missed this. b) We were told at the initial ground inspection about the 500 seat rule and chose to ignore it or c) We have a pre arranged plan based around the fact we moved mid season so have some sort of dispensation. If its b) then trust bet...

Re: The upcoming fans forum....
I disagree. We're cutting corners off the field to maximise budget on the field and have been since day one. As far as I'm aware all directors are full time employed in pretty high profile jobs and spend their spare time running the club. We could probably do with a full time club secretary to work...

The club do take it seriously and previously people have been banned. The problem is unless your charged taken to court and found guilty the club can't do anything.

Lots of positives above and although all agree there is still work to be done we are definitely moving in the right direction. Personally I think if we went up this season it could cause greater problems perhaps let's have a year to sort everything out.

Re: The home of DFC
There is twice as much terracing at Blackwell under the Tin Shed than there is at Bish. There are 50 more seats, and at least another 200 to come as the club prepares for the conference. That's a positive spin to be honest, but the realistic view is that we have less seats because at Bishop we had ...

If we had gone back to the Arena can you imagine all the criticism it's to large, to cold, no atmosphere and so on. We are where we are until the ownership model changes so let's just make the most of it and get behind our band of volunteers who run the club.

Of course it should say Darlington FC, welcome to Darlington means nothing whatsoever, sounds like Wilkinson nit picking yet again Sent from my XT1032 using Tapatalk Wilkinson speaks on behalf of the members of DRFC, not from his own point of view. The issues we are having are mainly coming from hi...

The sign on Grange is changing and apparently will refer to neither sport just welcome to Blackwell Meadows. I stayed in the bAr after the match a...

Re: The home of DFC
There would be no "moaning" if DRFC were seen to be welcoming - Bishop Auckland were a breath of fresh air in comparison. This is the crux of the complaints. If DRFC were more widely perceived to be welcoming, a lot of the other issues would pale back into insignificance. Sent from my iPad using Ta...

Re: Early Bird Season Ticket Info to be announced
April 15. Is this not a deadline to allow us to advertise and push ‘frozen prices’ thereafter there is the excuse to increase the price having given folk the opportunity to not pay more. It's an early bird ticket hence most people know prices will be going up for next season £1-£2 likely depending ...

Re: Early Bird Season Ticket Info to be announced
Hmmm, not thrilled with this to be honest: Firstly, they can't call it a price freeze if prices go up after the early bird deadline (and the wording implies they will). It is an early bird discount, but not a price freeze. April 15th is far too early for the deadline: - The season ain't even over m...

Re: Pitch deal falls through
Highly unlikely we had a deal with Middlesbrough to buy their pitch!! Blackwell Meadows needs digging up properly (similar to Bishops) if the pitch is going to be done properly. The surface of a football pitch is only as good as the ground beneath it. Boro are digging up their pitch and I believe w...

As I remember John Tempest took over from Dave Mills at very short notice and I'd imagine Hardy must have been the first thing on his agenda. Re: Is Gray unsackable???
The thing is MG is not just the manager he has his academy and is involved in many aspects of the club. If and a big IF i can imagine it would be extremely hard for the current 1883 board to ever sack him as they work so closely with each other. It's great all working together in a smaller club but ...

Re: Feethams nostalgia on the eve of this afternoon
Just get over the fact we will never go back to Feethams and if the rumours are right that Mowden have voted against us going back to the Arena or a new smaller stadium at the Arena site. So looking at site opportunities in Darlo is now a must for the CIC board for the season after next.

Re: Lets Get Back to the Arena for next Season - Gimme Shelt
Well as Mowden don't want us, we're screwed anyway. Lets see if they still don't want us in 1-2 years. My biggest fear is being in the Evostik Premier, out of town, and with nowhere to go from that point. This will kill the club in the end, and so the board need to perform a miracle. I just don't s...

I'm surprised at the lack of any reports on TV or radio on how well we have done this season particularly when all North East teams have had a pretty crappy season.
