Re: Match POSTPONED NO JOKE
Hard on the club cashflow wise I would have thought. Not sure first week of the season is ever the biggest concern cashflow wise given how season tickets work... I thought it was established last season that until we play our first game of the 21/22 season our players contracts don't actually kick ...

Match POSTPONED NO JOKE
How is the season going to get finished if we are like this in August? My eldest whos 22 got his second jab today so I doubt a lot of the team will be 2nd jabbed compliant until into September. Cant see Brackley going ahead but hope Im wrong as I bought a train ticket yesterday! Hard on the club cas...

Just hope other clubs have written him off due to injuries they feel will hinder his progress and they are wrong.Hes above this level so the injury concerns are part of the deal.
Great player.
Think we need another striker as both forwards have a recent history of injuries.

Not so sure, first time around he seemed to have a much better application to the job.
Second time maybe he was not in a good place, not sure, cant be good when your ambitions are not being met at Boro.
Hes a good player no doubt.

Re: Stick yer ESL up yer ass
Warning shot, need control away from the money men. Correct this should be regarded as a massive wake up call for those running football in this country. Control of clubs by foreign super rich owners with no regard to the history and origins of their clubs has led to a massive discord between them ...

Re: When is null & void.......
No problem with those who want to play on doing so. We have achieved our desire to stop playing this season but let those who wish to play on under the loan system do so it’s their money they are using after all. We will regroup and return stronger in August with hopefully no financial problems and...

Everyone is entitled to do what they feel is right, I am of the opinion that it is a chance to get to Wembley and for our level it's an achievement to get there. I believe that the club and players are not stupid and take everything that's happening into account to be as safe as is possible during ...

Re: Darlington V Telford
We are unfortunate with Hunts injured but we can't recruit with a view to "rotate with Hunt". Hunt played a full league two season last year I doubt he had any intentions coming to us to rotate with another player. Ultimately McMahon was brought in as our other leader / organiser at the back it is ...

I think Liddles a great player but a lot of goals and chances seem to be coming down that side.Maybe he needs to stay back a bit more instead of supporting the attacks or alternatively someone drops in for him if he does. Laing did a great job bringing the ball out from the back yesterday but I have...

Re: Back to Basics Boston on Tuesday
Can see a number of changes on Tuesday although I don't think we can completely change the team, Boston are one of the favourites for the league and will be a tough proposition. So many players need game time or likely to be back in - Sousa, Hatfield, Maguire, McMahon, Watson, Laing, Minter & Atkin...

Sign him on the name alone.
He has obviously played at a high level but the fact a couple of moves have been after short periods might indicate hes inconsistent maybe?
That said from what I saw we need that ability to break defences down which he could bring.

Not hopeful that the season will begin as scheduled. Looks increasingly likely to me that there will be no football at our level until 2021 unless we can survive via live streaming of games. Another possibility could be [b ]switching to a Summer Season say March to October 2021 [/b] to avoid the wi...

Plans afoot for a salary cap in the National League as well. 900k limit in the National League, 600k at our level is what’s been proposed. a good idea. wonder how it will be policed though? will some clubs 'get round' this by adding extras to the overall benefits package for players (free houses, c...
