Re: EU Referendum
I feel guilty about voting Leave but then I think about it and realise I would do the same if the situation occurred again. I can't blame myself - instead, I blame: - the EU - David Cameron (for rushing the negotiations) - sanctimonious snearing leftie prigs. These arses are the instigators of so m...

Re: EU Referendum
The way the Remain camp were going on, I half expected the Sun to not rise and the Moon to fall out of the sky after Brexit.
The EU is a good idea in principle but it wasn't implemented anywhere near how it should've been and it is undemocratic.
Thankfully we're out now.

This was the last opportunity to regain our identity. England, as I'd known it, is well and truly dead. Fuck this country.
For the first time, I'm glad I'm closer to the grave than the cradle.

Re: EU Referendum
As I said: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-36596060 Most of the Remain argument seems to be about what MIGHT happen if we leave: essentially apocalyptic predictions that either cannot be independently verified until we actually leave, or can easily be contradicted. And that seems to be the basis...

Why not? That formation does suit the players we've got better.lo36789 wrote:I do wonder whether it is time for Wilshere. Have him along side Rooney and Dier with Alli in behind Sturridge and Kane.
I would start Vardy ahead of Kane though, at least for the Slovakia game.

A draw between Russia and Slovakia would be helpful today...
So if they could just go ahead and do that, that'd be great.

Since Walker and Rose both act like wingers at times, why not just play Vardy, Kane, and Sturridge/Rashford as the front 3 in a 433? Maybe I've been playing too much FIFA 16... Not sure I'd try that against Bales. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk Sterling and Lallana don't exactly provide much d...

In today's Northern Echo's players ratings, all of the midfield and strikers got 4 out of 10. Thank God it was only a friendly then. He's seen the light! Alleluia! I heartily recommend Narcos, a series based on Pablo Escobar and the Colombian drug trade.

Re: EURO 2016
England v Turkey on now and an interesting lineup:
Hart
Walker, Cahill, Stones, Rose
Wilshere, Dier, Alli
Sterling, Kane, Vardy
So that's quite a balanced looking 433 formation with lots of pace, energy, and quality.

I don't think a poll has been carried out, but most people I have talked too, think it is a good idea. Looking forward we have to get our energy from somewhere.
