Thanks, we've thought of names for a boy and girl, nothing to do with Darlo but we like themSantino wrote:Congratulations!
Any plans for names? Always thought I'd give my firstborn a Darlo related name, maybe Pawel or Marco.

Re: Baby Kits
Does this mean we're expecting the pitter patter of tiny feet? And then those pitter patters getting quicker and louder as those feet jump over an advertising hoarding and onto the pitch getting chased by a steward? Yes we will be expecting another Darlo fan come next year, but i will make sure my ...

Re: Darlo Friendly Tomorrow (Tue 10th)
We are playing Whitby Town away ko 1930 tomorrow. Both sides are "looking at" each other's players. This is probably Staunton trying to offload some of the dead wood. At the same time, in the absence of a reserve team we should encourage more of these fixtures so that fringe players and those retur...

Countryside? My youngest lad has to draw the moon tonight and I can't find it!! It's probably stuck low behind a house or tree at the moment. Can anybody tell me if its currently in the North, South, East or Western night sky. My lad has to go to bed shortly & he's refusing to go to bed until he's ...

Your opinion, i don't think he'd been good enough at this level now, he's getting older, and he's been out of the professional game since leaving us, so sorry but i feel he wouldn't been good enough.

I can understand her being upset as this wasnt the first time Brown had got the name wrong. Letters like this need to be correctly done, not look like some half arsed attempt at an apology complete with scribbles out etc. Its taking the piss even though it wasnt intended to. What would you think if...

Just been browsing the internet, and stumbled past an article about Julian Joachim, and it says he is now playing semi-professional football for a team called Quorn, turns out he was released by Kings Lynn due to cost cutting measures. Shame like, he was a good player, he might not have scored many...

Re: Gordon Brown Letter
Why wasnt it spotted by Browns secretary. Since hes as blind as a bat anyway things like this should be checked over, even if it means re-writing the letter. I cant stand Brown but this is all OTT. As for Andys comment about her being ungrateful, it works both ways, Brown should be grateful her son...

Where do you stand on this then? Personally, as much I'm not a Brown fan, I sympathise with him. He could easily have got some secretary to type it up and sign it but he didn't. His heart was in the right place, and I don't see why she had to go straight to the press to publicly condemn him. I unde...

Re: Fergie Sacked!
To be fair, he was given huge sums of money in the process. But he's kept virtually the same team since been in Coca Cola League 2, i would of expected them to improve it, as the Championship is by far superior. But plenty of the players he brought in, were good enough for the leagues above. They w...

If either of the Colin Hendry or Dean Windass rumours are true, then that would mean there would be 2 ex professional footballers in there. Vinnie Jones is already signed up to be going into the jungle.Spyman wrote:Apparently Colin Hendry is signed up, so I can't see it.

Re: Staunton Looks To Make Addition To Squad
I hope so Andy. The problem is we'd need to find someone daft enough to take them off us or it will cost us money to get rid! Apparently Bains is on a 1 year deal and Arnison definitely is. You're right though, both are truely sh!t and should not be anywhere near the professional game. Add to that ...
