Just to give a little positivity to this thread, I've now got the answers to the questions emailed to me to put to the CIC via the fans engagement work stream, once I'm home from work tonight I will start putting together a list to publish on the board and email back to the people who sent the quest...

The CIC is without doubt a great idea and we'll see more and more clubs go down the same route in coming seasons. My only concern is the amount it seems to have cost in legal fees to get it all sorted. But didn't the original dfc1883 board also rack up a large set of legal fees? Personally id be ha...

Just looking at the break down of shares, it's got me thinking, if a vote went out to the share holders, looking the investors, the CIC would presumably put a ballot out to its members, the private holders would get the own vote, how would the supporters club vote be balloted?

Do these resignations delay the AGM?
