In my opinion we need to achieve at lwast a win and a draw from the next two games, followed by hopefully two draws, or at least one, followed by at least a win and a draw. That's at least 9 points. He's been released by York today. Doesn't say that he's signing for anyone though.

Hopefully he's on a month to month contract! This is going to be worse than 2009/10 season otherwisw. We may need to do another BTB to buy him out and get someone else in pretty soon.

I too noticed that the lack of smiles amongst the participants (excluding Stuart). They looked a bit serious and overworked.

Maybe because this was an extraordinary event that they really didn't feel was necessary and maybe could have waited until the fans forum?

Hopefully Josh will be able to arrange for a couple of loan signings to bolster/improve the squad. Maybe someone who can score a goal or two with luck. If so then there hopefully will be no need for a second BTB. Fingers crossed eh?

To be fair, we have let in the most goals in the Division and aren't the fittest team around...full time squads excluded. Maybe Josh feels that a total change is required?

With our squad being so small there is little room for manouvre really. We may see a couple of players starting who normally begin on the bench perhaps. I guess it depends on his preferred starting formation and which players have impressed in training, not to mention any injuries etc. A boost in mo...

I think this may work out just fine. Danny Rose knows half of the squad which should help really.

The Board have has several applications already, and have give another week for more to be submitted. I wouldn't be surprised if there is an eyebrow raiser or two among them. We can only choose from those who apply or go out and ask. I am confident that there will be decent options available.

I think we'll get loads of applications so I expect we will have temporary leadership for a few weeks.
