I explained clearly and concisely how pretty much everything you've been saying is utter nonsense (including the illegalities)...

Remain voters before the referendum: "Leaving the EU will bring about the apocalypse! Why would anyone want that?" *Leave wins* Remain voters after the referendum: "Upholding the result of the referendum will bring about the apocalypse! Why would anyone want that?" But to answer your reply to...

Re: Democracy under threat.
QuakerPete: we've heard this all before, what you're saying isn't some new illuminating piece of information that only you possess. Everything you're saying was said at the time of the vote. The problem is that it's nothing more than (1) scare-mongering, (2) stating prediction and opinion as fact, (...

Re: Democracy under threat.
I voted to remain in the EU and we lost the public vote. I think democracy is under serious threat if the result of that vote was ignored and another vote held. If that did happen, I would now vote to leave to make sure that that first democratic vote was upheld. Agreed, and I'd like to add that we...

Re: General Election 2017
Reminder that your voting for your local MP, not leader of the country. A mistake loads of people keep saying. "I can't vote for Corbyn" , good news is that your not . (Unless you live in his constituency of course ) Aye but the overall results determine who will become the next Prime Minister, so ...

Burgess failed a fitness test and with Brown out injured the back line is Marrs, Hunter, Tez and Ferguson. Rest of the team unchanged. Wearmouth on the bench alongside Lee Hume who has moved in from the reserves. So Bez and Bez both out, and a backline of Mez, Hez, Tez, and Fez. Wez and Hez on the ...

I have to disagree with you Gramps. Yes he has made mistakes this season but he should have been given more time to turn things around purely out of respect for what he achieved last season. If something's wrong, the answer doesn't always have to be "sack the manager". You say they were heading for ...

Was it a bit over kill to have 12 police officers their last night, do e have to pay for that. I worked it out it was 1 officer for about 10 to 12 away supporters. The simple fact is you as the owner/ manager of a pub, football club, shop etc can ban anyone and you do not need a reason nor do you have to give a reason. A member of the public has no right to enter such premises. This is true to a point: you can't ban someone based on a protected characteristic...

If the vote had gone the other way then that should've been accepted by the Leave side, just as the actual outcome should be accepted by the Remain side, otherwise it's a mockery of our democratic system. If we did redo the vote, and it came out for Leave again, then what? Keep redoing until it's th...
