Stockdale made plenty of mistakes for our club, I remember him twice attempting to claim a corner under no pressure and flapping it into his own net.

Re: Constructive views on the Blackwell experience
A few years ago the DRFC charged different prices to their members and none members. I believe this is still the case but even so none members wouldn't be charged £4 a pint. If they give a discount to their members then surely it's fair for our supporters group members to receive the same discounts....

But I did think it was unnecessary to hold the Halifax fans back after the game (although this could have been due to Police instruction) #freethehalifax300

Re: Constructive views on the Blackwell experience
Yesterday went so much smoother than I expected. No queue to get in. No significant wait to get out. I was glad to see professional stewardship of the car park. Managed to cross Grange Road easily. One of the only comments I heard was also positive, "the queue for food was surprisingly small". Sent ...

Re: Darlo v Halifax Match Thread
For what it's worth I don't believe we should be looking for a replacement at the moment. That's something that should be considered after the season has ended. I don't buy this "we need an additional GK to push Jameson" tripe, if he needs to be pushed he won't make the grade. Players need to be amb...

Re: Darlo v Halifax Match Thread
Jameson had a mixed game today. Made some good saves but both goals were mainly his fault. The first goal was going over the bar (but was close enough to justify saving it) until he flapped it into his own goal. Their final goal was a lack of awareness on his part.

They don't need to sell tickets to cover this cost, Pete, the same as Premier League teams don't pay their players from gate receipts. They can broadcast this league to a massive amount of people so sponsorship and advertising is the biggest earner.

I don't actually remember ever looking at what the ground would look like even - just hope for an 'Away Fans' sign! Ultimately the away end at Feethams was open. Towards the end at least, the west stand was usually for away fans. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk Yeah the west stand was the away...

I reckon the pubs, petrol stations and shops will miss us too. Before we played there I'd only been up that way a handful of times, then for 4 years plus I was spending on a regular basis. HP is obviously the most successful ground associated with our football club but I also can't think of any oth...

HALIFAX - HOME TICKETS - SOLD OUT NOW
Just a thought but the away end at BM has no covering and it's standing only (I'm led to believe) so I can understand why Halifax may have struggled to sell the allocation, add to that no onsite bar. There isn't covered standing for Halifax fans and nor will they receive a bar service, but this has...

HP is obviously the most successful ground associated with our football club but I also can't think of any other football club having as much success in any ground (especially if you insist on more than 1 season must have been played in the ground).

Boxing Day Bitching Bingo
We all know some of the good folk of our town are never happy unless they're complaining and we also know with a capacity crowd at a new stadium not everything will go as smoothly as possible, hence Boxing Day Bitching Bingo. Please post bitchy comments you might expect to hear on Boxing Day. If you...

We might have dropped a few levels but we still had the same underlying level of support & interest. In fact coverage by local media even more important given the level we were playing at. Plus the last 4 seasons have arguably been the most exciting in the club's history. They didn't even bother fo...

I know you're just doing this to suck people into replying to you so I hate that I'm giving you what you want but..... No, the next few games shouldn't be all ticket as demand is highly likely to be smaller (not Boxing Day, "smaller" opponents, not first game back). Making it all ticket will reduce ...

Re: BM latest pics..?
The ground floor bar overlooking the pitch is the rugby club's main bar I can't see them agreeing to the windows being bricked up or blocked with seats. If my assumption is correct, we have a few options; leave that side as hard standing, build a terrace (approx 5 rows would be possible without bloc...

Re: Best to stay in NLN?
There is very little pressure to gain promotion from the NLN this season. Primarily this is down to the financial pressures that would be put on to the club if we were to gain promotion, this would be through ground re-developments and increased playing costs. Due to a decent proportion of our reve...

Just looking at the aerial view, if we moved the pitch a few feet up away from the clubhouse. The pipe would only hit the corners... There's so much land to play with I dont think the pipe will give us any issues. I've been saying for ages that the pitch should have been moved away from the clubhou...

In the tin shed where the yellow lines are, can we not stand there and lean on the railings. Honestly don't know I know in the tin shed at feethams we all did but not sure now? Blackwell bar now open to Season Ticket Holders?
Isnt this a case that the rugby club is members only so in order to use their facilities on a regular basis you also have to be a member? Its not like its a one off event like a fans forum, this is for regular use of member only facilities. I believe it used to be that many rugby clubs were members...

You still haven't answered my questions Pete. Where did Mowden's surplus of £4-6mill go? What was the loan from the rugby authorities used for? And no, Mowden are not stuck in the ground, they are happy to be there. How do you know they can't afford the charges? Since the rugby club has moved there ...

I've not heard anything but just thinking logically, if you take out a high interest loan to pay another loan you're already sliding down a very slippery path. From your post the rugby club apparently have a loan from the rugby authorities, if the rugby club was struggling to pay this loan they woul...
