Re: Darlington FC V Salford

What was interesting at the final whistle was that there was a quite acceptance, no large scale booing or outward hostility. Which suggests to me the majority see it for now as H1987 suggests in his opening paragraph. It a cliché but when is it the right time to change a manager, usually starts with...

Unfortunately I will have to refuse your kind offer. Thank for identifying that you troll , not nice.

Clear to me that is another unfortunate facet of your nature.

I would hope others are seeing that too, and recognise you for what you are.

He's average at best.

I think it's clear he's out of the club for whatever reason, I'd be surprised to see him play for us again.
The vibes from the Marrs camp suggest this also.Supporting role at best.

Re: Vaulks

We have Liam Marrs who is more than capable of performing at RB. I take your point, however Marrs seems not to figure in TW starting line up. I personally think whilst he has pace he gets caught out of position to often, also opposition tend to put someone with height up against him. I think Vaulks...

Re: Darlington FC V Salford

As it appears nobody wants the job then we will have to let the two present temporaryplayer managers carry on. Wage bill must have dropped dramatically since Gray and his entourage buggered off, which should allow the bringing in of a couple of additional players. It isn't going to take much to tur...

What makes you think they would like to take over, if indeed it is your preferred option.? From time to time you h...

Re: Darlington FC V Salford

I know we're in a bad place, I know results have been dire, but yet another change would be counter productive. Why? Surely it's sillier to keep an obviously failing manager in place. Rectify the mistake quickly, rather than letting him cause more damage. Brown and Turnbull did much better when the...

Re: Harrogate V Darlington FC

I do not think they were 3 goals better than us. Had the Syers effort gone in just before half time, the whole complexion of the game would have changed. Thought Heaton was the best player on the park, unfortunately, we had the inadequate Gillies (actually looking , almost volunteering to be subbed,...

Agreed: He, Heaton, Collins & Brown have the making of a decent back 4. Supported by the wing backs. Thought the lad who apparently was from Stoke showed a few nice touches.

Whatever happens with the Sports Village, its going to be years in the future. Good that we are poking our noses in and making sure that we should be involved. This answer from DJ when asked about 3G/4G pitch during last night NETCAFE is very interesting. This will also affect profitability so we would need to pro...

What is the proposal for the Sports Village? Is there anything online about what the proposals are? And would be partners i...
