Worst case scenario for Saturday is Armstrong and Donowa up front with Laing and Watson plus Academy kids on the bench.

Re: Darlo TV

On the financial side of it, is all the revenue for the club? anyone. Certainly not yesterday Prescot were due their share after costs. So for a home league game I assume we keep all the revenue,is that correct? Not sure, but in EFL home club doesn't keep it all. All rather complicated. There is an...

Smart TV’s seem to be hit and miss. It works on mine but not another. Try installing Puffin TV if you can as per the inplayer FAQ

Cheers both, I’ll add that to the FAQ and also have Mikky take a look in case there’s something that can be done to alleviate it

Re: YOURCLUB

If you're a member of the DFCSG and pay a DD is this different from the owner option? No, exactly the same. DFCSG member = owner. We’ve just changed the narrative slightly to make it more obvious If you go into your account you should see that you’re listed as an owner already in the part that says...

if we could do it in a safe way to let a few home fans in, hopefully we can make it happen  Letting a few hundred watch Shields or the Northern League, in much smaller venues, but forbidding it at our level is a nonsense. Re: Update Required?

As per the interview - No move to the Arena if fans aren't allowed in - DJ notes 'why would we pay twice' in such a scenario - If we go to 'covid capacity' then it will be at the Arena - Has met with Darlington Rugby club and says they want to know what we need for the future (i.e. what would keep ...

Re: Update Required?

The interview is superb A huge thanks to DJ, Chris Stockdale and everyone else involved. The amount of work which must have gone in to try and prepare us for this season, as volunteers, is staggering. It certainly is - made even more difficult for having to plan for every single eventuality, many o...

Re: Update Required?

I’m not sure required, but it’d be nice to know roughly where we stand with the season, what support there might be, if we hold out any hope of any fans being allowed in... and what it means with the stadium as well. The directors would love to know the answers to those questions too - at every clu...

Re: FA cup game to be played at BM

I am slightly miffed that I note the club anticipate & expect me to again let the club keep my new season ticket money in return for Quaker TV package on a FA Cup closed doors tie on Saturday. I don't see how that is free Old Git? the club should be asking season ticket holders if we are okay with ...

Re: FA Cup Draw

As far as I was aware the commercials for the Arena haven’t been made public so who knows how the deal is structured? Given it was very likely the season could be paused/cancelled/played behind closed doors at any point I’d be amazed if we’d signed any sort of deal that would cause us a problem in t...

Re: Arena it is

I don't think we can simply mothball and it's all fine - we would have some costs and no revenue. Thankfully we have a forecast sum of £130K that the owners have provided so we have a monthly income even if football doesn’t take place. I expect there’ll be a higher than average default rate if no f...

What that squad has in that first season was momentum gained by steam-rollering the divisions below. That carried us to victories we probably never should have had. We’re slowly starting to build some momentum again with as settled a side we’ve had since that season. Mad to think we’ve been in NLN n...

Do you reckon he’s signed instead of a midfielder, as Hedley or Atkinson can move into the midfield.

I think we’d have to be looking toward the players taking some sort of voluntary deferral or cut if the situation arose that we had to play more than a quarter of our games under our average capacity of 1400ish. Perhaps this could be done in combination with another (smaller) fundraising drive from ...
