Shame if it’s postponed as they would likely bring 200/250 fans can’t see that happening on a mid week game.

Re: Statement from the board

Make sure you don't go on that Tin Shed page on Facebook then, lordy me. They are all demanding Andy Toman as managers, then we resign Cartman/Syers/Turnbull/Scott/Brown and even Hunter. All of them barring Turnbull has been slagged off by most of them on that page for not being good enough when th...

Re: Statement from the board

A measured statement, the board will obviously be as disappointed as the rest of us. However let’s get behind the players and management on Saturday and get 3pts as it’s vital we stay up.

Thank you Super Les, and I’m sure next time if Tommy goes it will be DJ, Chris Storkdale and Woolnough doing the interviews. God what a mess we are in.

Re: Tommy Wright

Before the long trip back yesterday I wanted Tommy to leave. However on reflection we as fans are a fickle bunch and shouldn’t rush to a quick decision. If we had won we would all be saying how good Tommy is. He has had to deal with losing some key players this season to balance the books, I doubt ...

Was at the game today. But doesn’t excuse all the other games he failed to get the points over the line. He’s taking the club backwards at the end of the day. He said play offs at the beginning of the season, so we’re a million miles away from his own ambitions. Not good enough end of!!! I was at t...

Re: Hereford v Darlington Match Thread

If being relegated means Wright leaves with some of the Midlands lads, and we end up signing a few more local players who play with their hearts on their sleeves then i'd take it. Give me a choice of Evo Stik football like Whitby away then i'd gladly take it over the current crap. I desperately don...

Re: Tommy Wright

Whether Tommy goes or not it’s irrelevant as we can’t afford to go the next league so that would put most ambitious managers off Depends how you look at it - it would put off managers who want to get success by just spending money. Martin Gray claimed to be an ambitious manager. He actually had a l...

Re: Telford V Darlington

What other factors are more important for a football manager than winning games? We are not inconsistent. We are crap. We are crap because the manager has recruited poorly. We are disorganized because the manager hasn't the ability to organised and inspire a team. Our tactics are all over the place...

To be honest never expected a win tonight as the league table doesn’t lie. With a small squad it’s difficult and next year with a reduced budget and similar sized squad it’s likely to be the same fare. Good to Saunders score though.

Re: Early Bird Season Tickets

Early Bird is done by lots of clubs as it’s March/April when most clubs have cash problems.
I presume it’s covering staff wages to get us to the end of the season. As a fan owned club it would be good to have a quarterly overview rather than just at the AGM, would that be possible Divas?

I think most of the 1000 members would be happy to pay £50 membership perhaps spread over 2 instalments August and January’s it would make a huge difference to the coffers roughly an increase of £30k. We might as well pack up then hey I don’t think people are saying that, but fans need to see a plan on how we proceed whether that’s DJ or DFCSG, or if we are planning 2-3 seasons at this level then come out and say it and fans can then decide whether they support it or not. It’s getting to the time of year again where the club will be asking the fans to invest in the budget for next season, with crowds dropping it’ll be up to us to supplement the budget. Given last years recruitment I don’t have faith that TW can spent it wisely enough and I imagine a lot of people fe...
