Re: If you fancy a laugh .....
Our revamped badge was truely awful! I'm sure it was designed by a fan as part of a competition (done on the cheap) the template was the shield from GR's company logo. I actually didn't mind the revamped DFC logo (not a patch on our current one though) however I think the disdain towards it stems f...

Although I would never wish for them to go bust or have financial difficulty, to hope for my teams rivals to not get relegated is like drinking sambuca and expecting to be fresh the next day.
It doesn't happen.

Quite a few spring to mind, however ome in particular is Alun Armstrong when he bagged that hattrick. If I remember rightly it was featured on Match of the Day the very same night as well.

Yada yada yada We've heard it all before. The club, fans, cic need to promote the games more through whatever media. one of the old blokes I take to the games didn't even know we were playing Monday. He's not likely to visit a website to find out so instead of getting lapsed people try keeping thos...

Easily one of the best comedians I have ever had the pleasure of watching, and I only wish I was able to see him perform live with Ade Edmondson when they took Bottom on tour. Football Manager 2014
Okay, so having just acquired the most recent edition of FM, I am currently in the process of re-adding DFC into the Conference North division, and this is requiring a lot of time and effort as I am basically being given a blank slate to start off with (i.e. no existing squad, staff, board etc...), ...

As I am am affectively living in Newcastle full time now, I rarely have a free Saturday so don't get to the games, which is why I normally just read the forums now rather than actually posting. Have to agree though, it is rather quiet on here these days. We have lost some characters over the years. ...

Tommy Taylor, Jesus wept that name brings back a lot of (horrible) memories. Though saying that, given the team he inherited and the GR regime, it's little surprise he turned out to be a flop

Just reading some of the threads/comments on the bunker, and it is safe to say Hartlepool United are imploding spectacularly.
I won't wish any harm on them though, because rivalry aside I would never wish for any club to go through what DFC did.

The building was originally known as The Majestic, however it did evolve into the Odeon, before gradually being bought and used by Riley's Snooker Club. The following link will show you just that

Re: Why don't we bring back...
I would definitely suggest giving 2.5 a try, considering it is a fan made game, it is a decent attempt and the voice acting is decent as well, there is some holes in the plot but there is with every game these days :shh: As for the third I liked the story line but the crate s*** ruined it, and if it...

Did you ever play Broken Sword 2.5? The one that was made by fans of the series and is free to download? All things considering that was a decent game, as for the third and fourth I don't mind them as such but its just the fact I bloody hate moving crates about constantly!
