Couple of ideas, The perimiter of the ground could we get a firm to put up some advertising hordings , they pay to use sites ? The Art centre in town held classes events & education could we not pick up the slack from them ? using the meeting rooms ? Programs , a lot of people travelled far & wide t...

Cost Cutting , The Stadium lights , after full time could the pitch lights not beswitched off of at least only half a dozen left on instead of the whole two banks of lights on for at least an hour after the final whistle ? would save quite a bit over the year i recon

Another thought about PRACTICAL sponsorship what if peple were to physicly buy the item for the club , like a bag of balls , a pallet of sports drinks for the players , new kitchen items for the catering dept , so in effect its just the same as sponsor a kit but instead the club puts up a wish list ...

The idea is a good one & with a few tweeks would be a workable idea , i like Quakerian run my own business & thought about starting a " DUFF discount register " If say my job cost if £50 i would be happy to donate 10% to the fund for each person that quotes the discount , if other trades in the town...

Is it only me that also picked up on the report of the bloke from Hull who is a rugby club owner has denied intrest , bit odd to be linked in the first place unless he had been sniffing around ?
