Really like the shirt. Quality is great and yes ideally the sponsor would look a bit more integrated into the design but that is far from a big issue for me. This comes from overhearing Brian Atkinson talking to the chap stood next to me.

It will be a useful game Spennymoor are a team that really are good enough to be at step 4 so playing them at the start of next season however will give a good indication of were we are.

Boro, Sunderland and Gatehead are nice games to have, but they are hardly comparable teams to NPLD1N sides.

If the keeper was 1/2 a step back into the box before catching it he'd still have beaten Dowson to the ball.

Yellow card for deliberate handball (i.e. deliberately catching the ball in a position he's not permitted to do so) was the correct decision.

I think Shildon on 6th May replaces 22nd April in that list - shildon are playing Bedlington on 22nd April.

Away vs Shildon arranged for May 6th according to Ray Simpson.

Our lads have shown they are more than capable of playing on poor surfaces, so not particularly worried at all!

Given our back up at centre back is gott who is injured and Richardson who didn't look particularly comfortable then very useful to have.

Also we signed a left back/winger and turned him in central mid so who knows!
