You know the second 250k is needed to pay off the creditors but surely until the CVA is agreed we dont know exactly how much needs to be paid back? Unless there are rules that we are tied to isnt the amount that needs to be paid to creditors totally dependent on if creditors will agree to being paid...

I would think everyone can assume that if we all join the trust in numbers (something the trust would also really like us to do) then we can vote in people to run the trust and the trust can become exactly what it should be.
