All management's fault this. Shape is appalling, they're overloading us down the flanks because we only have narrow players apart from the defence, yet they're just ambling through the middle every time too.

Much improved performance today and look better with four at the back. Team worked hard against a full time team - was a left a little underwhelmed by South Shields. Always going to be tough fitness wise after Saturday with ten to go.
