Re: Flares /pyrotechnics

The ground will be full. There is no way it will be possible to throw flares etc without being seen. At the very least, if this happens, point them out to stewards afterwards so that action can be taken against them. At least lets show the Know FA we, as owners are doing all we can to eradicate the ...

Re: Rugby League

That's good news about the accommodation. really pleased you can take up your membership, rather than letting it lapse. Waney may of been having a bad day, I wouldn't let one incident cloud your opinion of one of the best coaches we have had. Never liked him. He is the Wenger of RL. Never saw it wh...

Re: Brackley V Darlington

Anyone know which positions Hurworth and Johnson play in? Forwards. By all accounts Mason Hurworth is a real wunderkind. If either of them have real pace a la Saunders then may be worth giving them 20 mins, especially against Walsall. I don't think they would be eligible to play , could be wrong fi...

Re: Rugby League

Sinfield has had no success at coaching, so he no doubt will get the job. Wane would be a good shout, as he's had lots of success at club level & he seems well liked by all the players. When KR were in the championship the other year I went to Batley for our game. Had no idea it was a double header...

Re: Sold out?

If the rolls were reversed & we faced a replay down there which was live on TV, I'm certain that we would take more than 150 down there. I know they are going through a rough spell of form, but for a Football League side there support is pretty poor at the moment. Pete, you have to take into accoun...

It'll be interesting to see who they will replace him with.
Apparently Sinfield is in the running along with your mate Wane. Neither for me.
Sinfield was woeful at club level with Leeds last year and I will never forget the nasty manner of Wane to a young kid at Batley 2 years ago.

We'll see how Great Britain do against the might of Papua New Guinea. If we lose yet again then the head coach should fall on his sword & resign.
He is out of contract soon anyway and it is already known it will not be renewed.
Lots of gripes and "good riddance" on rugby forums.

Re: The Squad FA Cup

I'd be amazed if they don't go. They're probably gutted to miss our game... but come on. They're playing Mexico. Sadly for them it's not in the Azteca, but a smaller ground (although that probably means it'll be packed out). Once in a lifetime game for them. I don't begrudge either of them at all. ...

Re: Rugby League

Ed I'd be interested to know if you think the Sky coverage overall is good or bad for Rugby League? Me personally I think it is good for Rugby League, as it raises the profile of Rugby League as a national sport. It allows me to watch my side from a distance, as I don't have the time or money to re...

Thanks for that - immortal stuff, the pathe film makes it look real end to end and it's nice to see clips of our gallant fans. Jimmy Greaves who played in the drawn game at Stamford Bridge, covers this match well in his auto.biography. My Father and most of my uncles were at the game and they all r...

Sorry to hear that news Ed, I know you don't take that action lightly & I know it will be Hull KR's loss. Re: General Election 2019

Quizzical look. Do you have to vote for a "main party"? Unfortunately until they bring in PR then a vote for any of the main 2 (or 3 at a push) is a waste of a vote in the majority of constituencies. Both main parties wouldnt go for PR anyway so the chance of that changing anytime soon is nil. Been...

I doubt Shields wage bill has been changed much as Blackpool will probably be paying their lads wage. If it is true he has to play as part of the deal then Shields have 2 simple options. (1), send him back to Blackpool and reinstate Connell. (2), Loan Connell out for the rest of this season and find...
