Re: Fundraising Ideas
I know people sponsor the players but every so often (once per month) could the club raffle off a players shirt (a different players shirt each month). I know the players wore the orange shirt once this season. Could they be raffled off (£2 per ticket) between now and the beginning of next season? ...

Re: Blyth game
It will be interesting to see who AA plays today as it will be a changed side today. I would like to see us bring back Storey. Having said that I don't know what has happened to him since the Telford game and so Reid I think will start at CB. As Hedley is out McMahon starts but I would put in Watson...

Re: Darlo v AFC Telford
Thought we were generally poor yesterday and not at our best. But a win is a win and it was good to see AA change the side around and give O'neill and Maguire a run out. I know Charman got injured in the warm up so Maguire came in. I thought Ty didn't have the best of games, but believe that if we ...

Re: Spennymoor Boxing Day
0-0 was a fair result as the game didn't have many chances in it. The conditions look hard to play in. I thought we were the slightly better side but as usual they stopped us playing by producing foul after foul (tactical). We didn't create much bar the chances for Campbell/Jaz and the Sousa shot wh...

Re: Darlo v Gateshead
My starting 11 against Gateshead would be: Salter - keeps his place ahead of Minter. He needs to regain his confidence and what better way than keeping him in the team. He didn't do too much wrong on Sunday and made a couple of good saves. Yes their first goal was a mix up but bar that I thought he ...

Re: Guiseley v Darlington
Guiseley sit just above us in the table having played one less game (Boston game pending), and will be a tough game, albeit winnable. My starting 11 is: Saltmer Hedley (not done much wrong at right back and has looked better than McMahon) Reid (height needed and last year he kept Felix quiet when m...

Yeah sorry should have said right back. Defence was solid. More of the same away at their place.

Re: Darlington FC V Harrogate
Yesterday's performance was a huge improvement on Saturday's display at Gainsborough. Tommy changed the formation and made a few changes and it worked a treat. Heaton and Thonmo on Saturday and yesterday were very good. Collins looked solid at left back. Personally I think he is a better left back t...

Re: North Ferriby United
Ferriby have lost pretty much all their players from last year and so I think apart from two or three of their players who have stayed around, the majority of their team is new. So they maybe are starting to gel.

Re: North Ferriby United
I have been to North Ferriby's ground a few times to watch them play as I live local. I know there is a bar at the ground in which there are TV screens. I would not be able to say if the football will be shown, although when I have been previously football was shown live in the pub. North Ferriby it...
