Re: Ryan Kidd
I've got a lot of time for Ryan Kidd. Admitted he didn't think he was up to the job which saw him out of work. Not a lot of managers would do that in this day and age.

Wainy was a decent player for us, and a big fan favourite. However, both the club and the player have moved on since he was here last - I see no reason for that to change.

Re: Taxi for Mr. Strachan
A mate of mine is good mates with one of the Boro players, who says Strachan is a piss poor man manager, and pretty aggressive in training.
If he is today, they could do with someone like Tony Mowbray taking on the job.

The folically challenged bloke in the bottom photo is probably best describing the first half action judging by his emotions.

Anyone else think he appears to have taken Everton as far as he can? This has no bearing on last nights result, but without substantial investment in the club, I can't see him doing anything extra special this season. He's an excellent young manager, and will certainly go on to bigger things before ...

I don't see why we don't have a pricing structure in place depending on which stand you're sat. Something like £14/15 for behind the goal, and £18 for along the side.

Re: Michael Smith
Smith is definately ahead of Main now. As can be seen by the face that Main was dropped from the whole squad for last nights game. Why do certain posters like to choose a player who they constantly pick on and have a dig at them whenever possible? Darlo_Pete with Main, Mobi with Gary Smith, divas w...

This is about the 14,000th time something like this has been discussed. 14,001 th now :| :| Maybe the club should begin listening to the supporters then. There must be a reason why there have been 14,001 comments about this..... Because for some reason, some supporters seem to think if we reduce ti...

Because many of the floaters look for a reason NOT to come to games, they don't look for reasons to return.

Hopefully we'll have Miller to call upon before too long. I'm much more confident defencively with him at the back.

I will go one better, for every goal scored by one of our defenders I will donate £2 to the fund. If that total is £20 or under, then I will double the amount just to make it worthwhile.

You must be mistaken, we never played any good stuff under Penney according to some on this board.aveda wrote:I thought it was a really enjoyable game. It's been two seasons since we had a home game like that.

I wasn't criticising how many fans they bought, more expressing my disappoint at how few home supporters turned up for what is probably our biggest home game of the season.

If we can pick six points up from the next two games then we'll be right on track. Saturday "shouldn't" be a problem, and York have been given a pasting off Mansfield tonight.

Luton looked like they brought around 150 odd at least, which makes around 1,500 home fans.
