SPONSOR A GOAL
Many of you will be aware of the Sponsor a Goal scheme which was previously run by supporters for 4 seasons and ended after the 2006-2007 season.
For those of you unaware of the scheme, the idea is very simple. Participants agree to pledge a sum of money for each goal scored by their chosen player, for each goal scored by the team, for each clean sheet or for penalties scored. In order to eradicate freak results against much weaker(!) opposition, only league matches will count.
